Important information about yellow and red cards

When a player receives a yellow or red card in a formal league or cup match a fine is usually imposed on the Club by the Dorset FA. The fines vary depending on the severity of the caution.

Caution Offences (bookings) - This carries a £10 fine

Sending Off Offences - These carry an automatic 21 day suspension and £10 fine, then a further fine of either:-

£20 for two yellow cards in same match

£30 for using foul and offensive language /gestures

£40 for serious foul play/fighting or spitting at an opponent

Once the fine has been paid by the Club the details will be passed to the players parents and the player who are requested to repay the fine to the Club as soon as possible.
